XMLConfigFile is an independent resource that organizes available camera settings files and publishes basic information about installing and importing presets. We do not provide an official Google Camera product, manufacturer support or professional device repair services.

Descriptions, device names and setup information may be incomplete or become outdated as camera ports and Android software change. Nothing on this website should be treated as a guarantee of technical suitability for your device.

Camera config file compatibility

Files associated with GCam, LMC 8.4 and AGC may use different formats, settings or import methods. A file named for your phone does not necessarily work with your precise phone variant or app build.

Some AGC presets use the .agc extension, while other camera ports use .xml. Changing an extension does not convert a file or ensure compatibility. Check the intended camera port, release and original instructions before importing.

Downloads, imports and device risks

Importing an incompatible configuration may result in unexpected camera behavior, app crashes, incorrect image processing or the need to restore previous settings. Third-party files should be evaluated carefully before use.

• Keep a copy of any working camera settings before making changes.
• Confirm the file source, extension and supported app version.
• Follow the import steps intended for your particular camera port.
• Do not assume that every listed file has been individually tested or security-audited.

No guaranteed photography results

Camera presets can change supported settings such as exposure, color, contrast, sharpening or noise processing. Results vary with hardware, lighting, camera software and personal preference.

We do not guarantee sharper images, better night photography, improved dynamic range or any other specific outcome. Compare your own photographs before deciding whether to keep a configuration. Our Camera Look Studio explains common photography adjustments.

Third-party content and ownership

Camera port names, trademarks, developer projects and third-party configuration files belong to their respective owners where applicable. XMLConfigFile is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, device manufacturers or independent camera port developers.

A file being available through our library does not automatically grant permission to redistribute, resell or modify it. Follow the original author's applicable license and attribution requirements. Rights holders can report concerns using our contact page .
